Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing call
- Managing correspondence, mail and package
- Hospitable guess
- Administrative related to HR activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma III Degree (D3)from any major from reputable university
- Female max 30 years old, good looking, attractive and pleasant personality
- Having an experience as a Recepsionist at least 1 year
- Good communication skill and good in English, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, meticulous, and systematic person
- Honest, energetic, high motivated, hardworker & customer service oriented
- Computer literate is a must
- Good communication skill with all levels
