Senior Relationship Manager Corporate

Responsibilities:

To maximize the portfolio accounts within a defined industry grouping or area (s). Perform work process align with the Corporate Syariah strategy and objective. Have full accountabilities for all account under his responsibility.

 

Requirements:

• Education min. Bachelor Degree in any background (preferably MM or MBA)
• Work experience of at least 5 - 7 years within similar positions in financial industry segment (preferably in Syariah Banking)
• Good understanding in Central Bank regulation and other government regulation on Banking industry, and also bank structure and policy
• Reasonable knowledge of market operations/political and economic development
• Having fundamental credit skills with reasonable lending experience (financial analysis and credit structuring)
• Advanced knowledge of basic commercial banking products such as trade, cash management and treasury, etc
• Advanced communication and marketing skills as well as presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills including rapport with customers in a market where personal  relationship and customer service are important
• Administration skills with keen eye for detail and process
• Good command of verbal and written English
