Customer Service Officer (Code: CSO)
Jakarta Raya 

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information and solutions and process requests for products or spare parts associated with the service provided to customers.
• Delivering a technical problem field to field technical support and arrange a visit.

Requirements:

• Female, age not more than 30 years old
• Graduate Bachelor Degree or Diploma any major
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as as Customer Services or Advisor from Telco Industry
• Fluent in English ( oral & written )
• Able to operate Ms. Office : Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook familiar
• Attractive appearance
• Good interpersonal, outgoing and good communication skills
• Strong character, multitasking person and problem Solver
• Independent and able to work in team
• Leadership and very good manner person
• Able to work under pressure and extended hours
• Full-Time positions available.
