The Position
- The Executive -Technical Support is required to provide helpdesk support and service for all enquiries from Mainland China in relation to on-line games, products and services
- He/she will be required to provide clear written assistance and excellent customer service solutions to users via in -game chat and email as well as phone support
Requirements for the Role
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 23 years old and above
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin; ability to speak basic English is an added advantage
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing : minimum of 40wpm
- Knowledge of on-line games and how to play on-line games.
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Multi tasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Attractive monthly salary (RM3000)
- Quarterly performance related allowance for confirmed staff
- Company will organise and pay for the work permit (applicable to China nationals)
