The Position

• The Executive -Technical Support is required to provide helpdesk support and service  for all enquiries  from Mainland China in relation to on-line games, products and services
• He/she will be required to provide clear written assistance and excellent customer service solutions to users via in -game chat and email as well as  phone support

Requirements for the Role

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 23 years old and above
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin; ability to speak basic English is an added advantage
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing : minimum of 40wpm
• Knowledge of on-line games and how to play on-line games.
• Effective listening and communication skills
• Multi tasking capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
