Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
  • Distillation of Petroleum Product
  • Total Sulfur
  • Copper strip corrosion
  • Kinematic Viscosity
  • Total Acid Number
  • Strong Acid Number
  • Doctor Test
Reporting to
  • Operation Executive
Specific responsibilities
  • Assisting Laboratory Manager in managing of administration, monitoring inventory consumable and maintenance of laboratory equipment, infrastructure and work facilities.
  • Supervising, controlling, and reporting the use of laboratory material during storing and testing process.
  • Organizing retention system of inventory laboratory materials properly.
  • Supervising the implementation of testing in accordance to operating procedures / work instructions as specified.
  • Coordinating with Laboratory Manager at all the time to ensure that the test run smoothly.
  • Recording test result and ensuring the interim test report submitted at specified time.
  • Maintenance of test equipment and carrying out calibration as scheduled.
  • Maintain laboratory quality management system in accordance with development and company quality policy.
  • Ensuring the quality management system implemented to effectively and sustainably.
  • Managing and performing testing service.
  • Reporting to the superior / Laboratorium Manager when an abnormality identified.
  • Recording and reporting if there are improperly test equipment identified or damaged.
  • Implementing health and safety awareness in a laboratory environment.

Requirements:
Profile
  • Bachelor Degree Majoring Chemistry or diploma with minimum of 3 years relevant experiences
